DESCRIPTION

K2 BANDEX is a self-adhesive silencer repair tape. Eliminates the noise of exhaust systems in all types of vehicles. Very economical and resistant to high temperatures. The repaired surfaces of the muffler should be cool and dry, clean and free of any oil or grease residues. Remove the protective strip from the back of the tape and wrap the tape on the surface to be repaired, making sure that a minimum of 1/2 of the tape width is wrapped on the tape at a time. Start the engine. Hot exhaust gases will shorten the strip and seal the joint of the item being repaired. If the damage to the muffler is very large, first fill it with cement for the muffler K2 MEFIX and only then apply K2 BANDEX as described above. The tape does not contain carcinogenic asbestos.
