DESCRIPTION
The air brake bleed kit allows easy one-person operation using a standard air supply (90-120 psi / 6-8 bar). It works quickly, efficiently and requires no specialist accessories. It allows direct bleeding of the brake system via a connector and allows complete replacement of the fluid in the brake system.
The kit does not require any additional equipment.
Use:
1. Make sure the hoses are securely connected to the correct connectors.
2. Connect the kit to a supply of appropriate pressure (90-120 psi / 6-8 bar). Make sure the hose is properly connected and there are no air leaks.
3. Once the bleed point is located, place the tip on the bleeder. Then use the trigger or lever on the kit to start bleednig.
4. When bleeding, observe the brake fluid in the transparent tube or brake fluid reservoir to ensure that it is clean and free of air bubbles.
5. Repeat this process for each bleed point in the brake system, starting at the point furthest from the brake fluid reservoir and ending at the point closest to the reservoir.
6. After bleeding, make sure the brake fluid level in the reservoir is sufficient. Add liquid if necessary.
7. Once you have finished bleeding the brakes, test them to make sure they are working properly.
Important!
1. Always follow the recommended air pressure range (90-120 psi / 6-8 bar). Using too much pressure can damage the brake system.
2. When working with the device, ensure that the work area is well ventilated. The air leaving the brake system may contain harmful fumes.
3. Brake fluid may cause skin irritation and damage clothing. If you come into contact with the liquid, immediately rinse your skin with water and remove contaminated clothing.
4. Before each use, check the condition of the device, including hoses, fittings and connectors, to ensure that there is no damage or air leaks.
5. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
