Ceramic coating is currently the most durable known in the world form of protection of paint and other surfaces. It guarantees the highest degree of protection, and the degree of hardness exceeds the hardest car paints. After protection, a transparent and invisible layer with a thickness of up to 2-3 microns appears on the varnish, due to which it is completely isolated from the adverse effects of all external factors. GRAVON protects the surface against scratches, dirt, UV rays, salt, bird droppings, rain and tree sap, insect residues, corrosion and mechanical damage caused by, for example, stones hitting the car work. It protects the paint against defects that reduce gloss, reduces the risk of circular scratches. due to the ceramic coating, there is no need to wax the car, and due to the excellent dirt repellency and self-cleaning properties, the frequency of washing can be reduced. Unlike waxes, the ceramic coating cannot be washed off with chemicals, therefore it is the most durable known method of surface protection. Machine polishing is the only way to remove the coating. The ceramic coating also protects against graffiti, the applied paint does not stick to the surface and can be easily removed. The K2 GRAVON coating can be applied not only to paint, but also to rubber, plastic, metal and glass. Successfully used in automotive, sailing, aviation and industry. Application: Optimum application conditions: 1. Ambient temperature from 10 ° C to 35 ° C. 2. Apply indoors or in a shaded area. 3. Do not apply in conditions of excessive humidity. Surface preparation: 1. Wash and dry the varnish thoroughly. 2. The surface should be free of tar, dirt, waxes, oils from pastes, factory protection. In order to remove all impurities remaining in the pores of the varnish, it is recommended to use the K2 varnish clay. 3. The paint with defects and scratches should be polished by machine, eg using a polishing machine and K2 LUSTER pastes. Application: 1. Before applying the ceramic coating, thoroughly degrease the surface with K2 T6 KLINET remover, using microfiber - eg K2 BONA microfiber. 2. Optionally, apply K2 Gravon Primer with a mechanical polisher, which will additionally strengthen the bond of the ceramic coating with the varnish surface. The ceramic coating can be applied one hour after polishing. 3. Shake the bottle thoroughly and put 6-8 drops on a dry tissue wrapped on the applicator (the first application can be twice as abundant, so that the applicator will be impregnated and the coating will not dry on its surface during application). 4. Apply crosswise, once on surfaces not larger than 50x50 cm. 5. After 1-2 minutes from application at approx. 20 ° C, polish the surface with microfiber (higher temperature shortens the drying time, lower temperature - extends it). Do not allow the coating to dry on the varnish. 6. After applying and polishing the first layer, wait min. 1 hour and apply another (apply 3 coats for maximum durability). 7. Optionally, after applying the last layer, apply the product K2 GRAVON RELOAD, which additionally adds slip and deepens the color. After application: 1. Leave the car in a dry room for min. 8 hours. 2. Do not wash the car with any chemicals for the next 7 days. 3. For regular maintenance of the coating (every 3-6 months) it is recommended to use K2 GRAVON RELOAD. Set includes:
