K2 LAMP DOCTOR - is a specialized high-quality paste for the regeneration of headlight lenses.
Extremely effective abrasivee recipe will ensure a second youth for all lamps made of plastic or glass. If the reflectors are dull, yellowed or have pits in the structure of the lampshades, the K2 LAMP DOCTOR will handle them perfectly. Renovation can be carried out manually or by machine using a polishing machine.
due to K2 LAMP DOCTOR, the lampshades will regain their original transparency and shine, which will directly improve their operation, road illumination and safety.
K2 LAMP DOCTOR pastes can be safely used for other transparent elements, e.g. plexiglass in motorbikes, caravans, boats and even airplanes.
A perfect complement to the K2 LAMP DOCTOR paste is the K2 Lamp Protect headlamp protection coating, which protects lamps against tarnishing, yellowing, scratching and UV rays for up to a year from the moment of applying the coating.
HOW TO USE: Machine polishing: 1. It is recommended to cover the edges of the adjacent surfaces with a protective tape. 2. Before polishing, badly damaged reflectors should be matted with 2000-3000 paper. 3. Clean and degrease the surfaces (e.g. with a cleaner or glass cleaner) 4. Apply the paste on a polishing sponge (match the hardness of the sponge to the degree of damage to the surface). 5. Spread the paste on a low speed (approx. 600 rpm) and then increase it to approx. 1200 rpm. and polish to a high gloss. 6. Clean the surfaces with microfiber. Manual polishing: 1. Clean and degrease the surfaces (e.g. with a cleaner or glass cleaner) 2. Apply the paste with a sponge or microfiber and polish until it is glossy and smooth. 3. Clean the surfaces with microfiber. Tip: In order to prevent the headlamps from yellowing again and dulling, it is recommended to use synthetic K2 Quantum wax.
