DESCRIPTION

K2 Siltec Liquid Gasket is a modern, high-quality elastic oxime-based sealing compound for connecting engine components. It has a wide range of temperature resistance, from -60° to +300°C. It can be used successfully as an alternative to permanent sealants and used in place of popular high temperature silicones. The K2 Siltec liquid sealant, after curing, creates a flexible and mechanically resistant layer. It does not cause corrosion. The sealing compound is resistant to vibration, oil, grease, gasoline, coolants and water. It works great as a sealing compound for an oil pan and valve covers. It can be successfully used to seal: cylinder head covers water pumps oil pans engine and gearbox covers thermostats Properties: high temperature resistance: from -60°C to +300°C processing time: 8-12 minutes full hardening time: 3mm / 24h operating temperature: + 5°C to + 30°C Color: graphite resistance to solvents, oils, greases, petrol, service fluids and water easy to apply homogeneous it does not contain acetates - it does not cause corrosion it is convenient to use thanks to the tube with an applicator Instructions for use: Remove the remains of old fillers. Clean and degrease the surfaces to be sealed. Distribute the preparation on one side continuously and evenly. Install the element to be sealed immediately after applying the preparation. After use, immediately close the tube with the preparation.
